Shipping policy
PROCESS TIMES IS 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS AND SHIPPING IS 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ITEMS BEFORE THE TIMES MENTIONED, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE FOR A FASTER SHIPPING OPTION.
 
Return/exchange policies
ALL CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE A 2 DAY EXCHANGE / RETURN AFTER THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN PICKED UP / DELIVERED/Received. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALEAll lingerie/swimwear is final sale All AirPods have a 3 month warranty
 
Pick up policy
ALL ITEMS THAT ARE PLACED TO BE PICKED UP, MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 2 WEEKS, OR ITEMS WILL BE PUT BACK IN INVENTORY AND RESOLD WITH NO ISSUE OF A REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER.
Customers have the option to get items shipped as well with a fee.
 
Delivery policy
Customers must answer the phone or text back when the driver text or call to confirm or DELIVERY WILL NOT GO OUT. WE WILL NOT LEAVE ANY DELIVERY ORDERS AT ANY APARTMENT. IF YOU STAY IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO GET YOUR ORDER DUE TO OTHER APARTMENTS HAVING THE SAME NUMBERS. IF THE LOCATION IS NOT RESIDENTIAL, YOU MUST BE AT THE PLACE YOU LISTED AS THE DELIVERY SPOT. IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT, YOUR ORDER WILL GO BACK TO THE SHOP AND YOU WILL HAVE TWO WEEKS TO PICK IT UP. BEING THAT WE TRY TO PROVIDE SPEEDY AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE WILL ONLY OFFER A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD BECAUSE WE HAVE TO CONSIDER OTHER DELIVERY ORDERS AS WELL.The DELIVERY TIMES RANGE is BETWEEN 6:00PM-11:59PM
